Zoning Hearing Board
(3 Year Term)
The Zoning Hearing Board consists of three (3) members, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, who as a quasi-judicial body renders decisions regarding fair and equitable application and administration of the zoning ordinance. Its decision is a final adjudication separate from the Board of Supervisors.

Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board
(3 Year Term)
The Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board consists of three (3) members, appointed by the Board of Supervisors. This Board conducts appeal hearings filed by residents who disagree with a decision of the Zoning Officer related to the Property Maintenance Code. Property Maintenance Code violation notices are initiated by the Zoning Officer and residents who desire to appeal his/her decisions can do so through the Property Maintenance Code Appeals Board.

Building, Zoning, Sewage & Subdivisions
If you have any work planned including new structures, additions to existing structures, signs, fences, driveways and accessory structures, you may need a permit. Zoning approval is generally required for all work except interior renovations or alterations to an existing building which does not result in an expansion or change of use. If you are considering a land subdivision or development project, submission of plans to the Township is one (15) business days prior to the Planning Commission meeting, held on the 1st Wednesday of each month.
Planning Commission - meets every 1st Wednesday of the month
(4 Year Term)
The Planning Commission consists of five (5) members, appointed by the Board of Supervisors, to advise the Board concerning physical development of the community. This includes reviewing and approving subdivision and land development plans, creating land use ordinances and reviewing the comprehensive plan periodically.
