Act 3 of 2008 is Pennsylvania's Right-To-Know Law. On December 15, 2008, the Board of Supervisors' adopted Resolution #2008-28 which establishes the procedure by which Union Township will address requests made for records under the Right-To-Know Law.
The purpose of Union Township's Public Records Access Policy and Act 3 is to provide access to public records of Union Township.

Requests for Records
Requests may be submitted in person, by mail, by e-mail, or by fax. All requests must be in writing on the Township's Record Request Form. Arrangements can be made for documents to be viewed at no charge during regular office hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
